Seb Davies

Seb Davies is a Director at Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in the Middle East. As well as heading up RLB’s cost management and quantity surveying teams in the UAE, Seb is also responsible for pioneering RLB’s carbon estimating services in the region.

Since joining RLB in 2016, Seb has played a pivotal role in some of the region’s most iconic developments, collaborating closely with architects, designers, developers, contractors, and government organisations. His diverse experience across a range of sectors has equipped Seb with a well-rounded understanding of the industry’s various facets, including the challenges and opportunities in the realm of energy and sustainability.

In addition, Seb leads RLB’s digital services in the Middle East and plays a key role, in collaboration with the global development team, to advance RLB’s in-house software. This includes RLB’s 3D Measurement programme and cloud-based post contract and benchmarking platform, underscoring RLB’s commitment to remain at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.
