Ali Amiri

Dr. Ali Amiri is the Building Engineering, Façade & Sustainability Director, for Egis in the Middle East and South Asia, supporting the business across the region. He specializes in integrated and innovative design solutions, embedding principles of sustainability, climate action, and circularity into the day-to-day activities of the multi-disciplinary design consultancy. With over two decades of experience in the construction sector, Dr. Ali has worked in the UK and the MENA region, focusing on sustainability management for buildings, infrastructure, and master planning projects. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and Sustainability from University College London and is leading the sustainability and specialist aspects of prestigious design competitions with renowned architects.
